Snacking a lot?
It is my weakness.
I need all things salty and that crunch. I have snacked on hot peanuts and soy chips with salsa or make a dip with yogurt ranch dressing mix and some onion soup mix and just add a little sour cream for flavor. It helps me with the craving.. and to stay away from the chips.... I also got the protein chocolate crisps for sweet cravings... ( although I don't get them very often.)
I eat more often then most (or try) as my doctor made my pouch very small and my body has trouble not going into starvation mode... storing fat! YIKES!
Its good that your still loosing anyway...
