Snacking a lot?

Has anyone else fallen off the band wagon and started the bad habit of snacking/grazing again? I've gotten really bad about this recently. It's a miracle I'm still losing.

OMG I am finding it so difficult at the moment with snacking. I've been terrible making poor choices. I'm trying to cut them out altogether as that used to work for me, but it's such a struggle as I'm falling back into my old habits that I had hope to change forever Ruth

It is my weakness. I need all things salty and that crunch. I have snacked on hot peanuts and soy chips with salsa or make a dip with yogurt ranch dressing mix and some onion soup mix and just add a little sour cream for flavor. It helps me with the craving.. and to stay away from the chips.... I also got the protein chocolate crisps for sweet cravings... ( although I don't get them very often.) I eat more often then most (or try) as my doctor made my pouch very small and my body has trouble not going into starvation mode... storing fat! YIKES! Its good that your still loosing anyway...

YES YES YES!! and I hate it. I try to snack on cheese but if i need that crunch i've been eating baked pita chips or croutons (the croutons only have 40 cals, 3 g carbs and 1 g protein for 2 tbs about 8 medium sized crouton not the best choice but better than chips!!!! and Lance Crackers).

Oh yes, add me to the list! I know I'm currently PMSing and that causes me to reach for anything crunchy and salty ... right now Fritos are my enemy! I've noticed that lately my desire to just eat something is returning. It scares me to death! Deanna

yep, I am back to the 'normal' snacking, but I am working 20 hours a day, so it is hard to GET UP and GO EAT. which is why I am in this situation in the first place. I put me down as LAST priority instead of first.
