What did you eat today? 11/28/06
I'm so bad about counting my protien grams lately. I haven't been in about a month. I don't track what I'm eating anymore either and I used to be the queen of that on fitday ... I really should get back into it.
B - 1/2 Banana
L - Turkey Deli meat and swiss cheese melted ontop
S - small apple
on my 4th cup of coffee and haven't even finished 20oz water.
B: deli ham and cheese on a slice of whole wheat bread
S: no sugar added hot cocoa
L: taco salad made with ground turkey
S: one chocolate chip cookie (eeks! It wasn't even good ... stale and icky!)
D: planning on making a "sloppy joe" recipe I found using ground turkey. I got whole wheat buns and I might eat half of the bottom piece of bun.
S: will probably have 4 whole wheat Ritz crackers with a slice of Kraft cheese singles

B: Chocolate protein shake with skim milk 28 gr protein
L: Turkey soup 1 cup 15 gr protein
S: Sunflower seeds 1 oz 4 gr protein
D: Cabbage soup 1 cup 5 gr protein
Vitamins, Calcium with Vit D, Biotin, Zinc and regular meds taken.
I was not in the mood for food today ....made it a soup day today.
70 oz water/crystal lite.
B- half cup milk with protien 35 grams protein
S- 2 oz cheese 10 grams protien
L- 2/3 ounce of chicken breast maybe 20 grams of protein
D- 2/3 ounce steak with cheese and spiniach from trader jos 25 grams of protein
total calories 850/900 and protien 90 grams
opps guess i need more calories.. hmmm...
thats it for me...
