A lady from our church is doing a Christmas party for the ladies. It is ALWAYS tons of fun. We do the Gift Exchange Game and have finger foods (she is an AWESOME cook). She had lapband back in September (just an FYI). I know there will be lots of tempting foods there. My plan: ENJOY IT! I know that I will be able to go in there try a bite of this and a bite of that and NOT gorge myself out or worry about people thinking Oh my goodness, she has eaten so much!. I used to be so self conscious of what people thought about how much I ate...lol I guess I still am in a way (just more about how little I eat now). Anyway, I just wanted to share. I'm sure there will be people there that I haven't seen in a while so that will be interesting. I'm just looking forward to going to a social event and acting like a normal person!!!! Mandy

Thanks so much Cindy! I feel transformed. I came home with a Bath and Bodyworks Sweat Pea travel size christmas set from the game. I hate 1 1/2 meatballs and about 5 frito dipstyle chips with an awesome cheesy dip so I was pretty pleased with myself.
