Hey girl!!! I need to get around to e-mailing you back - been crazy around here with the holiday last week and then we are moving this week. EEKS!!!!! I demand to see a pic of you in this new dress!!! I am going to check out the spanx now that I have read what everyone is writing here. At my new job I have to dress professionally again and I have a lot of dresses from my old wardrobe that will fit but now I'm post-baby and they just aren't the same!!!!! Let me know where you end up getting them...I'm gonna go scour the internet now. I'm so excited for you!! (HUG)

Hi Amy! I was hoping I didn't say something to offend you and that is why you hadn't written! But I was hoping that maybe the holidays had something to do with it too! My stomach is totally different post-baby too ... way stretched out and saggy! Ha, ha! And my husband is going to die laughing when I tell him I need to get some Spanx! I can just see the look on his face now ... spanks??? Hee, hee! Deanna

Oooo I've got to get me some of those too. i've got the hangy bits under my boobs, above my waist and the other week I used selotape wrapped around my body to keep it in!!! Worked OK, but VERY painful to get off hee hee. My husbands idea when I was stressing at the last minute. Also had to sit very still as it would crackle at inappropriate moments Oh good grief, the things we do to look better (in our own minds)!!!!!!!!!!! I'm off to scour ebay.......

I've just thought of something else you could use - saran wrap / cling film hee hee. That would work well and not be so painful to get off as tape. Then again, I think I'll go and buy a proper thingy

Ruth, you had me laughing so hard just picturing wrapping myself in saran wrap! I would be sweating like the dickens! Or my luck, it would come loose and drop out the bottom of my dress! Thanks for the chuckle! Deanna

Deanna, I just wanted to let you know that you had inspired me to buy a new dress yesterday too!! I had been hemming and hawing about it, but after I read your post I started looking online and I bought a mock "****tail" dress from Old Navy. The best part was it was on sale for $20.00 and it has hidden threads so you can dress it up (I am going to get a colored ribbon and wrap around the waist). Now on the the Spanx search!! Thanks again. Danice
