My scales are just not working right !!!!!!! (Must be the scales - can't be me!!!!) Anyway: Last week 185 This week 184 Loss this week - 1 lb. Total loss - 78 lbs Now - back to the basics and rules for me. I'll show the scales who's boss!!! Now I can hardly wait to report next week. Love, Hugs and Prayers, Darlene
