B: 3/4 cup Special K Protein Plus cereal with skim milk
S: 4 whole wheat Ritz with 1 slice Kraft cheese singles
L: 3 kids chicken tenders from Burger King and 2 french fries (eek!)
S: about 10 Frito chips (ugh, what is it about salt while I'm PMSing???)
D: making Porcupine Meatballs
S: if I go to the gym I'll have a "no sugar added" pudding cup

B - egg beater & cheese on wheat toast
S - fiber one w/ banana and FF milk
L - refried beans & cheese
S - 100 calorie popcorn
D - honey mustard chicken, spanish rice, almond green beans, & crescent roll
S - no pudge fudge bar
S - laughing cow & 4 crackers
I did well today and was within in all my guidelines for cals, fiber, protein, and water!!!
Been on a real refried beans kick lately - yummmmmo (sorry to my husband - he he)
Tomorrow is my weigh-in - I'm optimistic....
