7:40 - 8 oz 2% milk (8g) 10:30 - Leftover shrimp (6 medium) and a couple bites of beans w/ some cheese dip and green bell peppers from last night's visit to our local mexican restaurant (15g) BAD BAD BAD I ate some Lance Crackers Grilled Cheese (4g) and Some Tom's Bacon and Cheddar Fries (2g) between 1:00 and 2:45 (the kids got to watch a Thanksgiving video so I munched while I graded papers I've got to kill this carb monster!! So I went to the grocery store and bought some better options (pita chips, laughing cow cheese wedges, croutons great for a crunch and very little carb: not the best choice but better. 6:00 - smoked swiss cheese (7g) 7:15 pm Dinner - Chicken Casserole YUMMY approx 20g and a few green beans So only 49 g so far

I have yet to find those Laughing Cow cheese wedges! I want some!!! B: 3/4 cup Special K Protein Plus cereal with skim milk S: 4 whole wheat Ritz with 1 slice Kraft singles cheese L: 1 crunchy corn taco shell, 1 oz taco meat, 1 oz cheese, dab of sour cream S: South Beach high protein cereal bar D: making chili, will add some cheese to it S: after the gym I usually have a "no sugar added" pudding cup. I found some caramel ones that are fairly good Deanna

i did MUCH better today then I did over the weekend - I don't even want to think about what I did over the weekend - EEPS!!! Today - B - 1 pc wheat toast with egg beaters & cheese S - bran buds w/ banana and milk L - cream tuna on toast S - pudding cup, laughing cow on crackers D - Went out to Red Robin - and can you believe it? I made a plan and I stuck to it!! I had the "lettuce wrapped protein burger" - I switched it to a Boca burger and held the cheese. Came with a small side salad and I had FF ranch. I didn't even snag a french fry from hubby - even though I was dying too. S - no pudge fudge bar (ummm - can we say YUMM?) S - thinking about some refried beans and cheese before bed......... OK - here's a question. The Boca Burger from Red Robin was waaaaaaaaaay tastier then when I make them at home. You don't think they are adding oil to it or something?? It also seemed way way bigger and just way juicier. I just put it in my fitday as a regular boca burger but I suspect it's probably a lot more cals then the ones in my freezer. Either BOCA makes a special one just for them or they are enhancing it..........what do you all think???
