We are right on the same pace. I started @ 331 and weighed 211 this morning. 3 or 4 xl shirts to a xl, 54/56 pants to a 38/40 waist pants. Very happy to have lost this much with the lapband. I was told I would loose much slower than with RNY, but that has not been the case for me.

Good idea Mandy!! With all the stress of our relocation/new job - I have been making some really bad eating choices and last night I was feeling pretty down about the way I had been turning to food all weekend. Trying to have some new resolve today. I was trying to organize my clothes this weekend. I am going to back to a job where I have to dress professionally everyday. Luckily I saved my old wardrobe so I have plenty of stuff already!! I used tyo be a 16 / XL last time I had this wardrobe before I gained all this weight. As I was hauling it out I realized a lot of things already fit or just need 10-15 lbs. That felt good and hopefully was motivation to GET BACK ON TRACK!!!! Right now I am comfortable in 18 pants at most places (women's sizes) and 1X tops. At LB I get the 14/16 tops. I tried on a few women size 14/16 stuff from my wardrobe and it was fitting. The XL Misses stuff isn't quite there yet - but soon!! Then that's the smallest I have and I will have to start shopping - OH DARN! I started in 24/26 pants and 3X tops!! Thanks for the spirit lifter!!! Oh yeah - and this weekend I had fun taking OUT all the stuff in my closet that is too big. Listed some on Ebay - but I have plenty more to list tonight! Woohoo - that's good money for the NEW WARDROBE!

Wearing size 10 Jeans from the Gap/Old Navy, size 12 in dress pants, perhaps I could fit into a 10 but I never dared try a pair on. Wearing a L in shirts and bought myself a new winter coat-Large. I have about 15 more pounds to lose to meet my nutritionist's goals, hopefully that will bring me down another solid size. I'd love to land into a size 8 pant. I know I will never wear a M shirt. Large framed and my rib cage is a solid 38 inches. No excess to pinch there either-it's all bone.

I started at 241, size 22. I am now about 170, in a size 10/12 and medium or large shirt depending on where I buy (Forever 21-large, Nordstroms-mostly Medium). So yea...pretty excited about that. I wanted to be down to the top of my doc's goal by my 6 months (appointment is tomorrow), but I don't think it is going to happen, so oh well...but hey...I figure with only 9 pounds to go to the top of my doc's goal at only 6 months out that is pretty good!

I started out 18-20 pants & 22-24 tops. I am down 87 pounds since 5/1/06. I now wear juniors 3/4's a little snug & 5/6's a little loose. I went to Walmart this weekend to try on 1/2's just for fun, but they don't carry anything lower than a 3. How crazy is it that I could not have even fathomed this just 7 months ago? Darlene
