Thanksgiving Strategies

Its going to be an emotional Thanksgiving for my family (1st one since aunt died), and my family tends to focus on food when anything emotional (I guess I didn't fall far from the tree).
My plan is to walk every day, focus on protein first at every meal, and to eat small samples of what everyone else is eating. And make sure I get my water in. I think that's all I can realistically do!
