Great post Andi - Its going to be an emotional Thanksgiving for my family (1st one since aunt died), and my family tends to focus on food when anything emotional (I guess I didn't fall far from the tree). My plan is to walk every day, focus on protein first at every meal, and to eat small samples of what everyone else is eating. And make sure I get my water in. I think that's all I can realistically do! Take care, Heather

Thanksgiving will be quite a struggle for me, I have to go to my MIL'S and my moms. My MIL eats about 11 and my MOM serves about 5pm so heres the plan . B:1 scrambeled egg w/ cheese L: only turkey @ MIL's D: more turkey , bit of sweet potatos, bit of oyster dressing

good for you, that sounds like an awesome plan! I've never had oysters in my whole life perhaps i'll try some sometime, tehy are supposed to be aphrodisiacs. Hugs, ANDI
