What did you eat today? 11/17/06
7:45 - 2 bites of smoked sausage
10:30 - Forgot my lunch so ate in the school lunchroom (hotdog minus 1/2 the bun but I could only eat 2 bites and it HURT) and 2 baked potato wedges
1:30- I had to run "uptown" (very rural area) during my plan so i got a chicken bacon ranch low carb wrap from subway and ate 1/2 (20g)
5:00 will be leftover chili YUMMY and then off to the ballgame.
Profect before bed!
B - handful of fruit loops
S - handful of rice crackers....noticing a pattern yet
L - 1/2 of a sandwhich of seafood salad but i threw out the bread and (3) spoons of beef barley soup which had green peas in it YUCK
S - handful of rice crackers, diet snapple
Dinner - who knows my eating is ridiculous today but there's always tomorrow
B: granola w/tbls p-butter
L: weigh****chers frozen grilled chicken (i've been eating too many frozen lunches lately!!)
D: will be fresh flounder, coleslaw, & at least one homemade hushpuppy (making them for my dear husband who caught the flounder, so, i'm planning to eat one!!)
