Can ya tell I'm pleased? Finally a big loss for me and who knows how this week was different eating / exercise wise from any other It's all a mystery to me

This week: 199lbs ONEDERLAND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am in the middle of a humungous stall, but I am totally okay with it, I personally needed a break. now in two weeks if I am still in it, I may pitch an unholy hissy fit.
just got on the scales. 172!!! so up 3 lbs. okay, lets just suspend reality for a moment.
yesterday I had 4 oz of cottage cheese, 8 oz of chili, 16 oz of zip fizz, 8 oz of unsweet tea. four vitamins.
that is 12 oz of food and no freaking candy, and 24 oz of fluids(yeah, yeah, more in later)and I am up 3 lbs. and I am NOT on my period.
see, that is just mind numbing. no more getting on the scales, no more freaking out, just enjoy my 'diet' vacation.
now to go make some chamomile tea and get some rest, I have to 'go to work for a couple of hours tomorrow', and I now have about 7 sessions for saturday and two for sunday.

Watching other people get here, I never really deep down believed it would be me one day. Living in the reality is really strange. We've been saving a bottle of champagne for this moment and it's finally here. S'pose that's not on the official diet sheet
As to how we loose - eat more loose weight/gain weight, eat less loose weight/gain weight. As I said it's all a mystery to me.
You'll get moving again soon - you body needs a vacation as you said. Now, it would be better if the vacation was taken in the Bahama's on a sunny tropical beach, but I guess we can't have everything
Anyway, what are you doing up at this time of the morning (again)?

I can't believe I'm almost in the 150's. It's been at least 17 years since i was in the 150's.

I lost 2 lbs this week. I was very bad early in the week but a few good days before weigh-in saved my ass. I am trying VERY hard to have 7 good days this week and hopefully next week have a HUGE loss!!!!! I HOPE I HOPE I HOPE!
I weigh on Wednesdays so a good weigh-in the day BEFORE Turkey Day will really help me stay on track!
Still got a few links on my chain - want to loose 4 more lbs to get into the 13 stones mark instead of 14 stone.
How many days ago was it I was moaning about setting myself up to fail and feeling really miserable? You just never know on this journey - good weeks bad weeks - fast or slow, the pounds will eventually go
