Hi -
So far....
B: kashi go lean cereal with soy milk; decaf coffee with non-dairy creamer
L: 1/2 hot dog and bun with ketchup and mustard; 5 potato chips
D: 1/2 of a South Beach diet frozen dinner (chicken and green beans)
S: 3 triscuits wtih 3/4oz cheese
I'll probably have another snack or protein shake....
