What did you eat today? 11/16/06
These posts really help me stay accountable and I find new ideas by reading others' posts.
So far.....
7:30 - 8 oz 2% milk
10:30 - leftovers from Red Lobster YUMMY (8 medium shrimp), 3 bites of baked potato w/butter sour cream and cheese
3 triscuits and 1 cheesestick
We got a Payday candybar from the administration for American Educator's Week..I did eat 2 bites of it then threw it in the TRASH!!!
Dinner I think I'm going to do:
Hamburger meat w/ taco seasoning, cheese, lowfat sourcream on a bed of lettuce. I'll do a profect before bed.
So far I've only gotten 20 oz of water in. So I'll work on that between now and supper.
I'm going to go the gym afterwork so I wont' get home today until after 6:30. Makes for a long day when I left at 7 this a.m. But I know if I don't hit the gym today I'll put it off another week.
I justified half a payday about a month ago because of all the peanuts. Yeah - it made me feel a little sweaty - but damn that is one tasty candy bar! Good for you for throwing that in the TRASH!
Your dinner sounds yummy - taco salad minus the chips/shell - good idea!! Makes me hungry for tacos....I might have to put that on the menu next week
Been a pretty good day for me! I am happy!!
B: 1 scoop caramel chocolat protein w/ 6 ox FF HOOD Milk
S: 3 pcs FF chicken lunch meat w/ 1 TB light cream cheese (roll ups)
L: Zuchinni Beef casserole (1/8 total recipe - leftovers)
S: 1/2 C. Bran buds w/ 1/2 banana and 3 oz FF HOOD Milk
1 pkt diet swiss miss cocoa (that really hits the spot when I am craving chocolate!)
D: 1/2 C cream tuna over 1 pc light oatmeal bread toasted
1/2 lg apple
S: 3 mini zuchinni nut muffins (SF and mostly FF - yumm)
1 light laughing cow cheese wedge on 1 sesame ry cracker
oh - and I had a nice big coffee from Dunkin Donuts while I was out grocery shopping - so I counted the skim milk they put in there (I am guessing 2 ounces??)
