B-pure protein bar (got brave...no dumping today) L-Beef stroganoff w/out noodles, two cooked baby carrots D-Frescetta personal ultra thin cheese pizza with added cheese -I can't quite finish the pizza, but it's quick and has 19 grams of protein

8 oz milk 8 2 cheese sticks 14 protein bar 11 red lobster - crablegs and 2 bites baked potato I ate too much salad before my meal came a BIG no-no!!!! 15
