7:45 - 8 oz of 2% milk (8g)
10:30 - left over stew beef from mom's supper (3oz), 2 bites of potato, and 3 bites of green beans (21g)

1:15 - cheese stick (7g)
5:15 - SF latte (going to buy me and my uncle one on the way to my 5:30 hair appointment)
Supper NO CLUE!! Maybe taco salad we'll see!

I am so overwhelmed right now with work that food choices are not a priority, thus why yesterday I had dried corn flakes and string cheese! hahaha
I just moved my 6 month appt from friday to the 30th so that I can get the last 9 lbs off to get me to 'NORMAL' BMI
Odd day today you'll see why:
B - nothing - had to fast for a scan & blood test
S - 1oz cheese & 1 bag salted peanuts spread out over the remainder of the morning 500 cals...........AGH what was I doing? All because my schedule was in a funk!!!!!!! Bad bad choices
L - nothing as was stuffed full and pouch grouchy from all the peanuts
D - 1/2 enchilada yummy, but ate too much and am now in the process fo going inot a dump.
Stupid stupid stupid. Do not do another day like this. at myself

D: .5 oz pasta plus penne, 1/2 cup shrimp primavera, 1 cup lettuce w/ 1 T light italian dressing. 1 pc light oatmeal bread w/ 1/2 T light butter spread
S: 3 mini zucchini/nut muffins
S: 1 scoop choc/carm/peanut protein w/ 6 oz FF HOOD Milk
