What did you eat today? 11/13/06
7:45 - 8oz 2% milk (8g) and this is American Education Week so breakfast was prepared for us. They offered fruits, sausage/egg/cheese casserole/ and doughnuts. I had 1 bite of doughnut and about 3 bites of the sausage/egg/cheese (but I think they used hamburger meat in stead of sausage).
10:30 - 1/2 Chicken Bacon Ranch Low Carb Wrap from Subway (looked it up today and the whole thing has 18 g carbs and 41 grams of protein. I had half last night and half today) 20g
1:10 - String Cheese (7g)
My mom is cooking beef roast for dinner. and I'll have a profect before bed and vitamins/iron.
