I used to hate looking at myself in the mirror - well below neck level anyway or seeing my reflection in store windows etc. But now, I LOVE looking in the mirror especially at my thinner face and new profile with a waist. I am so excited to see what I will look like when I'm at goal. Does anyone else feel like this?

I am the same way! I find myself checking myself out all the time. It's just so nice to see a thinner me!

You should! You have come so far, and Look great! I enjoy looking and other than, the icky lose skin! YUCK! I am excited as well about my new shape. I am a bit afraid to look too far ahead so I don't disappoint myself.. But sometimes I just can't help it... Last night I was looking at clothes thinking someday I might wear that.

I'm addicted to Pictures of myself now..lol I used to hate mirrors and cameras. I still have a hard to "seeing" the difference in the mirror. BUT cameras are always a sure bet. I'm addicted to looking at my before and after pictures. I can't believe some of the before pics are actually me! It just blows my mind. I'm so thankfully for this surgery and my only regret is not doing it sooner. Mandy

I used to look all the time, but now, I see a lot of aging and wrinkling, the fat was keeping my face looking younger, but it would seem that 10 years sneaked up on me really fast this year. my body looks better, but my face does not.

Isn't that funny, I'm so critical of myself now that it's actually making me think i need some psychological help....very sad. I hate the camera because i think i still look like a pork roll but i know my face is getting better. Be Well, ANDI
