one half of a kashi go lean waffle with sugar free syrup, some pear pieces, my vit-vita-vegimens and a protien shake, been us since 4:30 with my back problems, feels like the day should be half over and its only 9am

7:30 - 8 oz 2% milk 8g 10:30 - Stouffer's Rigatoni w/ Chicken in a basil pesto sauce (I ate only the chicken out of it) and I had a very small piece (about 3 small bites) of the school's key lime pie (I got a bit light headed about 15 minutes afterward). 15g 1:40 - String Cheese 7g NO Idea what will be for supper because we have a BIG game tonight for our local highschool so we'll be eating out somewhere...probably a grilled chicken breast w/ a little honey mustard and I'll definately be having a profect before bed tonight. B=nothing went to dr''s L=slice of lunch meat and some salad S=0 D= making seared scallops and sevechi ( I have no idea how to spell it but I can make it) LOL with salad
