Friday Weigh-In
Good Morning!
How are we all today - yippee tomorrow is the weekend.
Last week 210lbs (15st)
This week 204lbs (14st 8lbs)
Loss 6lbs
Total loss 62lbs
Woohoo!!!! This is a bit distorted as I usually weigh with clothes after breakfast, whereas this week I have changed to before breakfast w/out clothes.
But what the heck...I don't' care. I'm taking the 6lbs and am proud of it. A big loss finally hee hee

I weighed in at the gym on Tuesday, but haven't had a chance today. I used my home scale and that is usually off by 3-4 lbs...so I will use another weight. On Tuesday the 31st, I weighed in at my doctor's office at:

I need to really dig in now, I have about 17 lbs to go to reach nut's goal and 22 to reach the "ideal size/weight" chart at the doctor's office. I have been reallllyyyy bad about sugar/carbs lately. I have to get my mind back on track.

I can't wait till i get in the 160's. (then of course, i will be impatient for the 140's...)
i'm wearing a size 10 (!!!!!!!) jean skirt today!
i keep wondering where i'll end up when i level off??????
