What did you eat yesterday? 11/9/06

I didn't work yesterday so my schedule was way off. Slept til 9 but didn't eat until 12..I know bad, bad, bad... I ate left over lobster tail and steak from Longhorn's with 2 bites of potato. Approx 3 oz - 21g 3:30 - laughing cow cheese wedge with 3 triscuits 3g 7:00 - my mom made oyster stew I ate 4 smalll oysters 7g 7:45 - My bestest friend works at a coffee shop. They had a guest singer and NO one showed up so she called me. I had a sugar free vanilla latte when i got there then a grilled chicken salad when I finished it. about 2 oz of chicken and an ounce of cheese on a bed of mixed green w/ a few bell peppers (my fave). I mostly ate just the chicken and cheese out. 20g Approx 51 g of protein and that is being generous...and I only got in about 25 oz of water and 8 oz of latte so fluids were LOW. I'll have a better day today though. Mandy

yesterday was a tough day for me! My credit card was heisted at work and that was SO depressing so i took it out on me! B - 6 Almonds and some sugar free lemonaide L - Big Mac, no bread you know what it wasn't as horrid calorically as i thought it would be the only challenge is i left some meat over and have no real idea how much i ate in ounces S - Large decaf iced coffee with milk and splenda d - 1/3 of a cup of pasta with homemade bolognese sauce (chock full of meat) it was really good i'm so proud of myself i haven't made gravy from scratch in a really really long time

((((((((((((((Ruthie)))))))))))))) thanks honey it was pretty horrid but i'm working it out and the bank was a HUGE help to me. It's a tiny bank with two tellers so they know you very well when you go in...this time that worked to my advantage because they were able to stop the credit card and then issue me a new one immediately so it'll be here by payday (amen) I wrote to the folks at McDonalds to see if they could give me the nutritional analysis of the breadless Big Mac and they wrote back in less then 24 hours and i have to tell you the info is below....not as bad as i thought it would be, ton of fat but for a "cheat" it wasn't the worst choice i could make: Thank you for taking the time to contact McDonald's. I will be glad to provide you with the nutritional information for the Big Mac with out the buns. Calories 350 Fat 27g Saturated Fat 10g Trans Fat 1g Cholesterol 8mg Sodium 660mg Carbohydrates 7g Dietary Fiber 1g Protein 19g

the protein wasn't bad but the fat was freakin' ridiculous and i have to watch that because my cholesterol is high and that runs in my family! Be Well, ANDI
