Hi Mandy! I remember someone posted a recipe idea awhile back and I keep thinking it was you ... do you make Tilapia with some sort of Shake and Bake? If so, could you tell me how you make it? I really need some new dinner ideas! Deanna

Yep it was me. I just kind of threw it together lol. But this is what I did. I used the frozen tilapia from Wal Mart. I seasoned them with salt and pepper. I used the shake and bake (they have several different kinds now..I think I used the parmesan herb crust one). I put the talapia on a baking pan (I used one of my pampered chef stones) then I poured Ragu over it (ragu now has Cheesy sauce, alfredo and some others..I used the white cheesy one). I poured it over baked for about 20 minutes at 350. It was kind of rich but very yummy to me. Good Luck and sorry it took me sooo long to post back! Mandy

I like tilapia because its a "clean" tasting fish to me. Silly as it may sound its not a "fishy" tasting fish. lmbo
