What did you eat today? 11/8/06
Well it is late but today I have eaten:
B~protein drink 31g
S~pasta sauce and ricotta cheese 7g (5fl oz)
L/D~meat sauce and ricotta cheese 12g (5fl oz)
S~Luna Bar 9g , pasta sauce and ricotta cheese 7g(5floz)
I have taken all of my vitamins for the day woohoo
Still working to get in my fluids for the day - so far have had 61 oz (40oz water)- including a smoothie that has 13g of protein. Total protein 79g. Will try to get in another 20 oz of water before I go to bed. Kinda full though so we will see. (total fluids would then be 81 oz of fluids)
I think I had a good day....kinda high sodium count though, gotta work on that tomorrow.

B: 1/2 cup Bran Buds w/ 1/2 banana & 3 oz HOOD FF Milk
L: 1/2 cup crock pot tuna casserole
S: 1/3 cup chicken salad spread on 1 pc light bread toasted
S: crave control yogurt
D: 2 oz pot roast, 1/2 cup veggies, 2 T gravy, 1/4 cup stuffing, 1 pc light bread
small salad with a few tomatoes and light italian dressing
S: GNC Orange Cream protein w/ 10 oz FF HOOD Milk

Carbs - 137
Protein - 89
Water - pry about 80 oz

I am on "vacation" - hubby and I are off for the week and we have been pretty busy running here and there. Last weekend I was in a wedding and I was definetely not eating anything worth posting.
I'm back on track now - even though eating right when I am home with the whole fam all day isn't easy.
