I know its early for most but I wanted to get this started. So far I've taken my multi-vitamin and my 3 calcium and gotten in a profect and 8 oz of 2% milk. and 16 oz of water!!! I'll update later with my full day!

7:15 - Profect (25g) 7:45 - 8 oz 2% milk (8g) 10:30 - 1 South Beach Diet Grilled Chicken Caesar Wrap (20g) 3:45 - 1 cheese stick and 3 triscuits (8g) Dinner - not sure yet.... 61g so far and 24 oz of water so far....

6:30 am 12oz 1% milk 8 am weight control oatmeal 11 am sting cheese 1 pm - SBD chicken meal dinner not sure yet! so far 36 oz tea & sugar free hot choc.

Another funky not hungry day B-atkins advantage bar L-1/2 pure protein bar, 3 cubes honeydew D-either garlic herb chicken or cheese quesadilla. I just am not into eating today...ugh

Well it is late but today I have eaten: B~protein drink 31g S~pasta sauce and ricotta cheese 7g (5fl oz) L/D~meat sauce and ricotta cheese 12g (5fl oz) S~Luna Bar 9g , pasta sauce and ricotta cheese 7g(5floz) I have taken all of my vitamins for the day woohoo Still working to get in my fluids for the day - so far have had 61 oz (40oz water)- including a smoothie that has 13g of protein. Total protein 79g. Will try to get in another 20 oz of water before I go to bed. Kinda full though so we will see. (total fluids would then be 81 oz of fluids) I think I had a good day....kinda high sodium count though, gotta work on that tomorrow.

Been another good day. B: 1/2 cup Bran Buds w/ 1/2 banana & 3 oz HOOD FF Milk L: 1/2 cup crock pot tuna casserole S: 1/3 cup chicken salad spread on 1 pc light bread toasted S: crave control yogurt D: 2 oz pot roast, 1/2 cup veggies, 2 T gravy, 1/4 cup stuffing, 1 pc light bread small salad with a few tomatoes and light italian dressing S: GNC Orange Cream protein w/ 10 oz FF HOOD Milk Totals for today: Cals - 1001 Fat - 23 Carbs - 137 Protein - 89 Water - pry about 80 oz

Thanks Ruth! I am on "vacation" - hubby and I are off for the week and we have been pretty busy running here and there. Last weekend I was in a wedding and I was definetely not eating anything worth posting. I'm back on track now - even though eating right when I am home with the whole fam all day isn't easy.

B: 1 tbls peanut butter & 1 oz granola L: lean cuisine (chicken piccata) not the best choice but tasted good D: Steak salad (herb salad, cucumber, topped with about 3 oz steak, shredded cheese & a little salad dressing. oh yeah and about tbls croutons!! must have a few carbs!) Yummy! deb
