What did you eat yesterday? 11/7/06
I missed this yesterday
We had a field trip so it was a weird day.
7:30 - 8 oz 2% milk (8g)
11:00 - Profect 25g
11:30 - 1 cheese stick (7g)
12:00 - found time to eat my other cheese stick and 2 ritz crackers (8g)
3:15 - BAD BAD BAD!! 2 lowfat ritz crackers and 4 (OMG) triscuits...I don't know what came over me.
6:00 - 3 oz of grilled hawaiian chicken breast (20g) and 2 bites of salad and 2 bites of baked potato
9:30 - 100 calorie popcorn pack (bad day!) but i'm counting the 3g of protein it listed....
71g of protein total
AND I got in 54 oz of water today

Yep sh*t happens! I found it so funny how critical I am of myself now. I just read what I ate and thought OMG I can't believe I ate all that..then I immediately thought I can't believe I just thought OMG at that amount of food in a day. I freaked out over the triscuits which is probably why I turned to the popcorn last night. I just have to remember not to beat myself up tooo badly. I want to succeed at the Winter Onderland challenge soooooooo badly!!!!!!!!
I had a pretty good day I suppose.
B: 1/2 C Bran Buds w/ 1/2 banana and 3 oz HOOD FF Milk
L: 1/2 C chicken salad on 1 pc light wonder bread. 1 apple
S: Jello SF Pudding Cup
D: 1 pc turkey meatloaf (YUMMMMMY), 10 baby carrots, 1 pc light wonder bread w/ blue bonnet spread
S: Asian grilled chicken salad from McDonalds with light ginger dressing. (we were out LATE so I was starving at like 11:00 - it was yummy)
