I'm soooo thrilled with myself. TOOT TOOT (me tooting my own horn lmbo) I've gotten in >70 grams of protein each day since we started and today I've already had my profect 25g and 8 oz of milk (8g) and I am planning to get at least 20 in at "lunch". No gym today though but hopefully tomorrow. Water intake is UP. So I'm so thankful for this challenge. I can't wait for Friday to get here so I can weigh in and see the results Mandy 332/239/199 by 1/1/07 Winter Onderland Goal

I took my multi vitamin and my iron/b-12 this morning before working out to get a boost of energy. Yes, I got up in the early morning and went to the gym!!! I did a half hour on the eliptical. No weights yet until the surgeon says so, which should be Wednesday when I see him again. I have been getting the fluids in today cuz I took water with me to the gym. I have to do work study this afternoon and am taking a bottle with me...what else will I do in there? Not too hungry today, but yesterday I got 80 grams of protein in some how and it didn't even seem like I ate that much!!!! Tomorrow is the day I officially weigh in. If I can just have a 4 pound loss for the week I will be on target!!!!! Catch ya later Rachael

for some freaking odd reason I could not get my breakfast down today. I always, always, always and I do mean ALWAYS have 1 oz frozen blueberries, nuke them for 30 seconds, and then top with 3 oz of low fat cottage cheese in a 4 oz bowl, stir and eat. every day for 2 months. today I couldnt get down 1/4 of it. I put it in the fridge, had lunch with my son, that went down okay (green beans, apple sauce, salad and chocolate milk (thew away the lasagna) went back home and 3 hours later, I was hungry again, had to FORCE the rest of the cottage cheese down. now I am sucking down my fluids. still need to get to the vits today.
