Thought I would see what the Sunday menu looked like for everyone! B-pure protein bar L-4oz. turkey breast, 1 oz mashed potato, 1 oz. cooked carrots and corn D-haven't decided yet....post so I can get ideas!!! heheh Rachael

B: small portion of cottage cheese two teaspoons of oatmeal VITS L: corn flakes (dry) S: 3/4 cup of wendy's chili S: fun size snickers bar D: slice of homemade pizza getting my fluids down, HARD as HELL. carried a water bottle with me today, barely got it in.

Ugh...that is so hard for me too. I found, in the juice isle, Light Hawaiian Punch. Just like Crystal Light. It is very good. I had 2 glasses today. That was all my liquid so far. i have to do better about this!!!!!

Oh my goodness. I do not know what got into me tonight. I had a 32 tea from wendy's, it has been sitting in my car for like 4 days, I finally brought it in the house today, and put three splenda packets in, stirred it, and DRANK THE WHOLE FREAKING THING. filled it back up, added two on the go packets of tea, and drank that! 64 oz in like 100 minutes. I HAVE NEVER DONE THAT BEFORE!!!!!

slept late...then church... 12:30 - Chicken thigh...1 bite mac n cheese and 3 bites green beans (14g) 4:15 - Profect 25g 7:30 - Captain D's Salmon (14) Snack - 3 wheat thins and 1 laughing cow wedge 5g Probably another profect before bed..so far I've gotten in 44 oz water and plan to drink another 17 before bed...getting so close to that 64.... I did get another profect in so my total protein was.....83!!!! and I got in 60 oz of water!!!

B: scrambled egg and part of a piece of whole wheat toast S: sugar free hot cocoa made with skim milk L: the insides out of a taco (beef, lettuce, tomato, cheese) S: south beach high protein cereal bar D: hamburger patty, 2 bites green beans, 1 bite mashed potatoes We took the kids to the pool at our gym today and I haven't been in quite a few weeks. My swimming suit was sooooo big on me! I just had to laugh because the butt was all saggy! Hee, hee! Deanna
