L-2 oz. cheese 3 saltines
D-1/8 c. shredded lettuce, 4 oz. taco meat, 2 T. shredded cheese, taco sauce, sour cream........YUUMMMM!!! Had a taco craving.
2 glasses light orange juice
8oz. skinny cappacino w/sf french vanilla flavor
looks like I need to try to get more fluids in if I am ever going to make my goal.

12:45 - Ruby Tuesday's salad bar (lots of cheese, bacon, and egg) and Chicken (15g)
7:00 - Applebee's for my nephew's bday....Spinach/Artichoke dip with 3 chips...3 bites of steak and 2 bites of salmon AND 1/2 a mango margarita
plan to drink another profect before bed
