combined!!!I wore real clothes to work today(I usually wear scrubs & put vitamins in my pocket!!!OMG I forgot to take anything today!!!Where did the time go???I can't believe I did that now only have a few hours before bedtime to get them all in... OH well, here's what I ate today... B-3/4 pkg quaker weight control oatmeal S-cheese stick, 3 whole wheat ritz crackers L-hamburger patty with cheese(no bread)dipped in ketchup S-didn't have one D-we are going to a mexican restraunt tonight-we usually get the chicken & shrimp fajitas-I dip my chicken in the beans & cheese...so I should make my protein today!! Fluids-10 oz crystal light 24 oz unsweet tea 24 0z crystal light Usually have a 8 oz glass of milk before bed... ~Missy~

B-pure protein bar L-we tried the new pizza place in town that advertises "cracker thin crust" it was ok and I hardly ate any crust at all and not a lot of toppings. My bent for pizza no longer exists I guess D-3oz. chicken parmigian with sauce and mozzerella. A few roasted potatoes

oooo Rachael-Pizza was so one of my trigger foods!!!I have had it 3 times since surgery but very small pieces on thin crust!!!& I was sorry to say my pouch loved pizza!!Gave me no problems at all!!!I was actually hoping to not like it or to get sick so I wouldn't go near it again.lol...Yeah I loved pizza, potatoes & mac & cheese before surgery!!! But I am proud to say its only been 3 times in 6 months-before wls I had pizza at least once a week, & mac & cheese was a staple at our table & we(family included)have not had it since...I just don't want to go there!!!I soooo grew up on mac & cheese my hubby use to laugh & say "you can't eat hotdogs without mac & cheese" It was just one of those comfort foods I was raised on!!!Thank goodness my son doesn't care for it...I may make it at Thanksgiving for all the kiddies...Lets pray I can resist!!! ~Missy~

7:30 - 8 oz 2% milk (8g) 10:40 - 2 oz beef out of beef stew and gravy & 2 bites of potato 14g 4:30 - laughing cow wedge and 3 triscuits (4g) 5:30 - 2 lowfat ritz crackers w/ 1 tbsp peanut butter(3g) 7:30 - baked chicken approx 2 oz.....2 bites mac n cheese, 3 bites green beans (15) 10:30 - profect 25g 69 g total!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
