Friday Weigh-In

I have a problem - My scales are stuck at 188!! They have been there for a month!!! Total loss is 74 lbs - Am thankful for that but I have 40 more to go!!!! Maybe I should get new scales - ANyone think that would help???? Darlene N.

hee hee, maybe you could jump up and down on them? That might make the scales move a bit

5/09/06: 249lbs last week: 169lbs 11/4/06 : 165lbs total loss: 84 lbs goal weigt:110lbs I still need to loose 55 more lbs
