B- poached egg on 1 slice of carb counting toast
S- 1 grande non fat sugar free hazelnut latte
L- quesadilla I made at home with refried beans, cheese, salsa, and avacado
S- South Beach Diet peanut butter protein bar
S- 2 diet swiss miss hot cocoa packets, 1/2 Zero Carb Isopure Mango Peach protein drink...( do you all counbt drinks as snacks???)
D-???? Im working late and thats why Im drinking more than eating tonight.

7:30 a.m. - 8 oz milk 2% (8g)
10:30 - Chicken out of some chicken and dumplings my sis in law made YUMMY...2 bites of her stuffing (omg I got sooooooooo sick) and 2 bites of the lunchroom's key lime pie (to die for and just the tiny taste was so satisfying). (14g)
3:00 p.m. - Sugar Free jello pudding (2g)
5:30 ish - will probably have a string cheese and 2 lowfat ritz crackers around 5:30 (8g)
7:15 - 2oz fried porkchop, about 1 oz of stirfry zucchini, and 1/4 cup of green beans (14g)
10:00 pm - Profect (25g)
OMG!!!!! 71g of protein today
I got in about 46 oz of water not great but better!
