Quick and easy chicken recipe

This weekend I was my typical post gallbladder surgery NOT HUNGRY, but I knew I needed to keep getting my protein in. So I decided to cook up a bunch of chicken ahead of time and put it in individual containers. I am still eating a chicken breast each night, but it is still so good. AND, they hubby thought it was very delectable! bonus. 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts 2 cans cream of chicken soup 2 packets of Lipton Garlic and Herb seasoning mix (found in the powdered soup/bolliuon isle) Grease 9x13 pan. Put chicken on bottom of the pan. Mix soup and seasoning together well and pour evenly over chicken. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake on 350 for 2 hours. Covering and cooking long makes this chicken very moist. It makes a lot of "gravy" or sauce to keep it moist. I put a serving in a tupperware dish with lots of sauce. Just as good day after day. And easy to freeze in individual container. Nothing fancy...just good protein Rachael

This sounds really good to me. Thanks so much for sharing the recipe. Chicken thighs go down much easier for me than chicken breasts do. Gonna add this to the menu! Dawn
