Christmas/End of the year Goals
Does anyone besides me have some goals for Christmas or by the end of the year? I know I want to lost 25 pounds to put me under 200lbs. I also want to reestablish my exercise routine I had to give up for gallbladder surgery recovery. Hopefully the two goals will help each other out!!!!
What are your goals? Maybe we could have a challange of some sort.

I just put 199 in fitday for Dec 31, 2006 and I need to lose 5 pounds a week to make that. I've been averaging about 3 -5 pounds for the last 6 weeks or so. My protein and water have been slack along with my exercise. The earlier goal was one so that I wouldn't FAIL lol. I'm gonna work my butt off to get in my 70 grams of protein, 64 oz of water and hit the gym a minimum of 3 times per week. That's my challenge for myself Rachael. Thanks!!!!!!

I REAALLLLLY wanted to be under 200 by Dec 31st but it's looking a little ambitious to me now. I have 33 lbs to go to get there.
I'll be happy with anything I can get between now and then. I've had a few bumpy weeks so maybe I will be pleasantly suprised but a few really good weeks and it will make that goal a little more realistic!
Onederland would be the greatest Christms gift of ALL TIME!
This is something Ive been thinking of alot lately. I got on the scale and finally lost weight for the 1st time in nearly 2 weeks. I never seem to lose consistenly. By this I mean, I will stay at the same weight for a week and then all of the sudden I weigh 3-5 lbs less. Anyway........my goal is to continue to lose 13 lbs in Nov and 13 in Dec. That will put me at 207 - which is a reasonable goal. I would LLLOOOOOVVVVVEEE to be under 200 of course, and in my heart of hearts thats what I want but I also dont want to set myself up to be dissapointed in myself.
So there we go, 26 lbs by years end!!!

Please can I join in the Christmas Winter Onederland club?
I'm at 212 at the moment, so for most people it wouldn't be a problem, but as I'm loosing 3 lbs then nothing for 2 weeks, I'm averaging at 1lb a week. That's what I'd like for Christmas anyway. Whether I get there remains to be seen. Not sure what I can do to speed things up a bit, but we'll see..........
Boy, I would really like to start out the new year weighing less than 200 pounds. I don't think I've weighed less than 200 pounds since I was in high school and that was a REALLY long time ago (I'm 53). At the rate I'm going - - no loss over the past 2 weeks and probably only about 10 over the past 2 months) - - I'm not sure I'll get there. I keep reading how so many of you who had surgery about the same time I did have lost so much more than I have and I get kinda depressed, but then I remember that it's been years since I weighed this "little" and I'm thankful.
