B: 1 egg, over easy
S: 1 slice of toast w/ pumpkin butter
L: 1/2 cup homemade Brunswick Stew
S: (later) ?? maybe some beef jerkey strips, I need the protein!
D: (later) Roast is in the oven
S: (later) Carnation Instant Breakfast (sugarfree) w/ 8 oz. milk and 1 scoop of chocolate Isopure powder
I had a BAD day yesterday ... didn't even take my vitamins, so I need to make myself accountable, and improve things fast!

I'm finding that I'm getting less hungry and my body is liking food less & less! I'm not complaining though. Just trying to make the most of it.
B - 3/4 oatmeal - used to go down well, but today really sat heavy so won't be having that again for a while. Will go back to the protein shake I've been having.
L - 1 laughing cow cheese triangle, plus 1oz cheese
D - 1 fish cake - about 2 oz fish. This sat heavy too!
I am feeling EXACTLY the same way. I just try to get the protein in as much as I can and take advantage of the lack of appetite.

D-4 ounce chicken breast in herb sauce
At least with no appetite it's not hard to stick to the basics. Maybe that's why I lost 8 pounds this week. CRAZY

I have not gotten on a scale in a week, and I must say I am scared to death to see if I lost anything, I keep going into starvation mode.... but trying to eat more....

7:30 am. - 8 oz 2% milk (8g)
10:30 a.m. - 1 SB Diet Chicken Caesar Wrap (20g)
1:45 p.m. - Atkins Advantage bar (11g)
6:00 - 2 oz grilled chicken w/ some cheese over lettuce w/ a little ranch (15g)
8:15 p.m. - went to Waffle King ordered the Philly Steak Omelet...ended up only eating the cheesy part and only a tiny bit of that I'm guessing maybe 7g
Going to have a laughing cow triangle w/ 2 triscuits. (3g)
Total Protein Today - 64 YAY over 60!!!!!!!
Got in 30 oz of water and 16 oz of unsweet decaf tea....46 oz..not great but better
