b: 3 whole grain crackers
1 tablespoon peanut butter
l: lean cuisine lasagne (not the best choice only 17 grams protein, but lunches at work are hard for me, especially when i'm busy!)
d: not sure yet, some sort of meat and salad
this reminds me, those of you that snack, did your dr's advise you to snack? mine advises NO snacking! 3 squares a day, eat your protein, no more shakes, water, water, water, vitamins, and calcium daily.

B-Scrambled eggs loaded with cheese and 1/3 powered milk added for extra protein.
S-4 mini carrots.
L-Tuna and crackers.
S-Probably carrots again.
D-Tacos/Burritos loaded with meat.
I might cheat and have a piece of candy later, but JUST one. I'm on the Back to Basics thing. I don't know if it's working or not...I haven't weighed. We'll see!
B: string cheese and 1/2 cup low fat granola with skim milk
L: the insides of a bean burrito (from taco bell) and a couple bites of the tortilla
S: will be a South Beach high protein cereal bar
D: will be meatballs I have cooking in the crockpot
I haven't had any Halloween candy today but the other day I had a "fun size" snickers. Ugh! But in years past, I would have eaten several bags of candybars by now so I think one candy this year is pretty dang good!

There was 2 tables full of food-candy,cookies, cupcakes OMG the cupcakes everywhere!!!I was sort of good I only had.....some tostitos with spinach dip (2 or 3), some cheese cubes w/crackers, 3 meatballs with bbq sauce, Then they went and really did it!!!They brought in pizza for a pizza party we won a while back, I had 2 squares of sausage thin crust pizza!!!I have been miserable ever since!!!!!
Tried to eat grilled chicken salad for dinner but ohhhhh I feel so stuffed!!!Not hurting or anything just stuffed!!!I don't even want anything to drink!!!
only had 23 oz to drink today!!!Lesson learned NO MORE PIZZA!!! I soooo loved it before wls & have had it two other times but I didn't have it in conjunction with anything else....So at myself!!!I know better!!!Back on track tomorrow!!But I can say I have had no candy . ~Missy~
Kind of an off day because I only worked half a day and then had kid's party and trick or treating which resulted in some off meal times.

L: 1/2 cup tuna salad w/ 2 sesame ry crisps
S: cheese stick & 8 slices turkey pepperoni
D: 4 oz Dijon salmon, 1/4 C veggie rice, lettuce w/ 1 TB light caesar
S: 1 piece SF, FF pumpkin fluff pie (yumm)
1 pkg peanut m&ms & 1 pkg peanut butter m&ms (double yumm)
S: 1/4 cup tuna salad w/ 1 sesame ry crisp
A little high on cals today.... but I was a bit indulgant and I'm not going to beat myself up over it.
