Yummm...lamb. I've only had it once - but it was a real treat. Now you got me wanting it again...I'll have to check the meat store next time I am in. What do you eat your cheese wedges on?? Do you just eat them straight out of the wrapper???

Hey Amy today is the first time I've tried the cheese wedges - after seeing that you have them for a snack on one of your posts! I ate them straight out of the wrapper and LOVED them. had to stop myself eating more hee hee. As for lamb, it's our favorite meat, we eat it alot over here. We like shoulder best, but most people prefer the more expensive cut of leg of lamb. Put it in a slow oven for several hours, then eat with loads of mint sauce. I could never find it when we lived in Texas - good luck

Yeah - I LOOOVE the cheese wedges. Did you get a flavored kind? I like the herb and garlic. YUMMMM!!! I just spread mine on 1 cracker (about a 2 inch square cracker) - makes a nice THICK layer of cheese. Yumm!! Pre-op I used to spread it on 4 or 5 crackers...but now it's not worth the carbs! Glad you like them!
