Sorry can't help you. I've been slow since week 2 if I go any slower, I will be gaining. Still I figure that as long as it doesnt' go up and the gradual curve is down then I'll get there in the end. Thats' not to say that I get extreeeeeeeeemly furstrated some weeks

I have lost 117 pounds so far. It slowed last month and then sped up again. I hope it doesn't slow too much. As long as the scale moves each week I will be satisfied....BUT...I do have a goal to be 200 or less by Christmas. That means I have to lose 25 pounds in 7 weeks. That's when we go home to see my family. I have noticed more cravings lately. But, there are still days were I have no appetite at all. But, I never imagined the cravings would come back. Remember back when a teaspoon was too much food???? sigh...we'll see what happens. I have 22 days to make it to 6 months Rachael

I will be 6 months out tomorrow and have lost 90lbs so far. I am 5`4" and started at 287. I did come to a stand still for about a month but it is starting up again slowly. I changed to adding a small protein snack mid morning and mid afternoon, this seemed to helped with the hunger and kick started my weight loss again. I see my nut on the 15th...

HI Karen I am/was a lightweight never thought I'd say that!!!I will be six months out from lap ryn on the 3rd & 6 months out from open small bowel obstruction on the 15th, the month of May was a blur for me!!So when my weight loss is going slow I don't really count May I started at 228 I lost 10lbs pre-op so day of surgery I was 218. As of today I am at 153. So total loss 75lbs. 18more to my goal 135 & 33 more to surgeons goal 120. I have noticed that my weight loss has been on the average of 10lbs a month. That is not to say I don't have slow times cause sometimes I will go 2 wks with nothing or 1 lb then all of a sudden I drop 4 or 5 but it always equals to about 10lbs amonth!! I too have been worried it will slow down!!!I am so dreading my 6 mth anniversary cause it feels like some kind of deadline in my mind. But i know from my research we will continue to lose to between 12-18 months!!! I think everyone puts too much stress on that 6 month *honeymoon* period. We will continue to lose if we continue to work at it!!But to answer your other question yes I am hungry again!!!We just have to keep to the basics protein first!!! It will work, We will get to goal!!! ~Missy~

I am a little over 5 months out. I lost 4-5 lbs a week the first few months, but I slowed down to a little under 3 lbs. a week about 2 months ago. I was hoping to keep moving fast until 6 months, but oh well... I do get a bit hungry sometimes. I really always have, even right after surgery, but it's not too bad.

I've lost 84 so far & yes it has really slowed down. I still want to lose 15-30 more pounds.. The snackies are what have got to me lately. Peanut M&M's and Gardetto's snack mix are my downfalls. I've just got to stay away. I am so afraid of regain- I don't ever want to go back again- and yet in the back of my mind I'm a little afraid of not being able to stop losing too. Oh well, let tomorrow worry about itself, right? Darlene

I'll be 6 months out on Thursday, and as of today, I'm down 130 lbs. However, I've only lost like 5 pounds in the last month. So, this last month has been a huge stall. I'm hoping things pick up soon, but I'm having a lot of problems getting in the protein. We'll just have to wait and see. *hugsnluv* Phyllis 414/284/?
