B - 8 oz 2% milk (8) L - South Beach Grilled Chicken Caesar Wrap w/o the wrap lol..just the chicken and cheese with the light caesar dressing. (17) S - nuts (7g) D - Chili w/ cheese and a tbs of sourcream (I've been craving it and it was soooooooooo good) I had about 3/4 cup so I'm guessing around 20g So thats 52g of protein today (still not as high as I want ) Family Reunion tomorrow....but my mom is making the chicken casserole I mentioned Wednesday :D So I know I'll have something safe.
