Multivitamin

What multivitamin do you take? I've been taking the Building Blocks that I buy from my surgeon's office. I'm almost out and really can't see me making the 90 minute trip before Nov. 6th!!! So needless to say I'm freaking out. I don't know how I let my supply get this low. Thats just not like me. Anyway I was wondering what you all are taking. Trying to decide on what to try to get by until I can make the drive. Mandy

I get mine from Vista Vitamins. I order online and they are specially formulated for our bodies. No problems so far and I have been taking them for a few months. The only drawback is there is a AM/PM packet with 4 pills each.

My nut said that flintstone complete are the best or something comparable to it. I use the walmart equate brand.....you get 150 ct container for about 8 bucks. Kel

I take VITAMIST, its a spray and I order it on line. I'm not very good with taking pills so it works great for me. They also have great sprays to boost you vitamins for working out.

I've been using Centrum complete chewables. My doc said they were fine - I jsut make sure to take 2 x day!

I take centrum complete chewables as well. I thought the flavor was better than flinstones
