I love this... I like any wow moment, but I think the BEST ones are when we finally see ourselves as we really are - cute & smaller. This is the test of whether our minds and self body image is shrinking along with our bodies. That means we are healing inside and out For me it's my face - it's no longer a big round ball, with tiny eyes when I smile, but a longer face with cheeks appearing and my eyes are no longer quite so small when I smile.

I am so happy for you that you have found your ankles!!! It is funny the things we are starting to notice. I can feel my clavicle bone. I don't think that I have ever felt it. It seems that it just appeared (probably got too hot laying under it's comforter of fat it had for so long) Danice

This a.m. as I was streaking through the house getting ready for work I passed by my back door (i live in a mobile home so its the one with just the little diamond window at the top) I scared myself so bad. I didn't recognize the reflection as I walked by. For a split second I thought who the hell is on my backporch????? I had a good laugh over that one. I'm so glad no one lives with me to witness these crazy moments I have. Congrats on the cute ankles. For me its my shoulders. Most of my weight (or so it seems to me) as come off from waist up.
