I love Christmas and also decorate the day after thanksgiving... ( most of the time). We will be in our NJ cabin for thanksgiving so I will decorate when I get back..... I am Italian and we have a seafood pasta for Christmas eve... No more pasta for me just sauce and cheese. And No more having my sugar cookies .... But my butt will look better so I guess that's ok... I make a great sf/ low fat pumpkin pie....Now if I can just get a hold of that darn PS3 my son wants......

Seafood for Christmas...mmmm I sure wish I could get my family to stray from our traditional turkey, ham, & goodies!!!I am going to propose a Christmas breakfast!!!We'll see how that goes over!!! You could do some sugar free peanut butter cookies & your butt will still look better. I know what you mean about the PS3, my son is 11 and its all he talks about!!How old is your son?? I just want to know if the PS2 games can be played on the PS3 cause if not we are not starting all over with the games!!! ~Missy~

Hi Missy I love our cabin, it's VERY rustic, but we have 10 acres and its beautiful.I do love the snow. s/f peanut butter cookies sounds perfect. We actually do have Ham Christmas day and seafood Christmas Eve... I am planning sweet potatoes with splenda and cinnamon instead of the traditional sweet potato casserole. And just plain green beans with Ham. My son is 14 years old. I asked him if the games from PS2 would work and he thinks so.... I hope so.... I am going to be in the front of the store when it opens to try and get him a PS3. E B games sold out of there pre -sale in less than an hr, e bay is selling the thing for almost $2000.... Which is crazy!!!!!! And way out of my budget!!!! Jean
