What did you eat today? 10/25/06
I am having a REALLY rough eating day!
B: leftover Meat Crust Pizza (yum!)
S: Dannon Light and Fit yogurt ... it made me dump! I ate the yogurt and then ran to the store ... I was in the middle of the craft store when I got all dizzy and light headed. It wasn't as severe as a bad dumping episode for me. But then I got all sick to my stomach feeling like I almost wanted to throw up. I still feel this way now! And now my stomach is making gurgling noises. The bummer is that it's now lunch time and I do NOT want to eat anything at all. Why would this yogurt do that to me? I've eaten a cookie with more sugar in it than the yogurt! So why would the yogurt do this? Ugh!
L: not a clue, not even hungry
S: I should try and eat a protein bar
D: no clue, whatever my tummy will allow
Ugh, what a day! Here I was feeling invinsible with my eating and now this happens! Kind of nice to have a reminder to keep me in place!

L - 1oz cheese (had an argument with hubbie. Before I would have stuffed myself - now I dont' want to eat when I get upset/emotional, etc. thats' good)
D - 3/4 cup chicken in cream sauce - not good. Ate too much as it was so yummy. Must find an alternative to cream as I love using it in my cooking. Anyway, dumped and felt like after so that taught me a lesson. My eyes were bigger than my belly Wish I could have but that doesn't happen to me. Works its way through if you know what I mean!!

L - Insides of a philly steak hot pocket sub (12)

D - poppyseed chicken ( minus the poppyseeds lol see below) 21

I got about 40 oz of fluid in today. Not great I know but better. I'm aiming for 60 today. Planning to up it little by little to get back to my 104 oz of fluid that my dr. wants.
Poppyseed Chicken
5 cups cooked chopped chicken (I used the canned it was really good)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8oz) container of sour cream
I added about 1/2 cup cheese
Mix all together and put in a baking dish. Then you mix crushed ritz crackers,poppseeds and butter. Sprinkle over the top and bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes. (I used way less ritz on one end to cut out on most of the carbs.)
This is was sooooooooooooooo good!!!!!
I shared it with my mom and dad because we all know me by myself could never eat all that.
