Meat crust pizza ROCKS!!!

I know I got this recipe off this website somewhere but I can't remember who provided it. Sorry that I can't give the person credit! If you haven't tried this recipe, try it! It is wonderful!!! MEAT CRUST PIZZA * 2 lbs extra lean ground beef * 3-4 cups low fat mozarella * 1 cup pizza sauce * canadian bacon, pepperoni slices * any pizza toppings you desire Preheat oven to 350. Brown ground beef. Put beef in a large bowl & mix well with 2 cups of low-fat mozzarella cheese. Spread mixture out like a pizza crust on a cookie sheet or a baking stone. Put 1 cup pizza sauce on the mixture. Ragu is ok.(pizza sauce, no sugar in it.) Top with 1-2 cups of low-fat shredded mozzarella. Top with canadian bacon and or low fat pepperoni slices. Optional toppings: onions, peppers, anything legal that you like on pizza (I used canadian bacon, olives, and diced tomatoes). Cook 15 minutes or so (when top cheese starts to brown it is done). Put foil on rack below to catch any drippings.

I told ya it was goooood!!! I loved it too. I found it on the Recipe Message Board back in May before I had surgery. It really is a great alternative to regular pizza. Mandy

Here in chicago there a restarunt called loumalitinies that make a pizza with out crust and it is the bomb........the crust is made out of saugage....... but I will try this recipe so I can make my own at home thanks
