Stolen...Pumpkin fluff....
I stole this recipe from Randall from the Bama Board & the main board he does the Coffee talk post in the mornings on both of these boards..I have met him in person he is such a wonderful person & a great inspiration....This recipe sounds so good...I'm gonna give it a try this weekend.
Pumpkin Fluff (sugar free)
I can of packed pumpkin
3 boxes of S/F Butterscotch Pudding mix (not mixed with milk, DRY)
I large s/f cool whip
Mix pumpkin and pudding mix together. Gently fold in cool whip. Chill for 3 hours. Serve and enjoy.
