What did you eat today - Oct 24th Tuesday
Hi Ruth, Hope you are having a relaxing week with Ron & Millie!!!
I do much better during the week. I pack my lunch & snacks & am on scheduled lunch & break so I get my protein in & vitamins during the week. Its the weekends that get me...Cause We sleep in & I cook breakfast for the family or we are always going somewhere flea markets etc... (cause my husband says you can't slow me down now hehe)But its so weird cause I won't lose anything all week but come Monday morning I will weigh & will have lost over the weekend!!!Go figure anyways here's what I've had today.
B-egg & 2 pieces bacon 12 gm protein
L-salad with chicken 19 gm protein
S-cheese stick & 2 wheat crackers 9gm protein
D-not sure but I've got to come up with 20 more grams of protein somewhere!!!
Maybe some tuna on wheat toast!!
Low on fluids today
23 oz water & still sipping on 16 oz lemonade crystal light. I am having such a hard time with the fluids.

B - 7 oz 2% milk (7g)
L - 3 oz tilapia (left over) and 1/4 cup green beans (20g)
S - Atkins Morning Start bar (11g)
D - Thinking of trying a think of Hormel Chili (no beans) I bought my last grocery trip with a little shredded cheese on top.
Tilapia
I used frozen tilapia from wal mart. I lightly salted and pepprerd. Then used Shake n' Bake Parmesan Ranch and lightly coated the tilapia. I then used the Ragu Cheese Sauce over each one and baked at 375 for about 15-20 minutes. It was sooooo good. Really seasoned great and the leftovers were even better.
