What did you eat today - Oct 24th Tuesday
Hi everyone
I'm off work this week together with Ron (DH) & Millie - mid semester break, so my eating isn't too good. I'm not good once I get out of routine.
B - 1 cup porridge
L - 1 small slice pizza plus toppings of 2 slices...pizza buffet bad bad bad, I comfort myself in the knowledge that I ate protein in the cheese toppings!!!! hee hee
S - protein bar - high calories 278! Thought I'd try it, but dont think it's worth the calories just to get 26gms protein. I'd rather have a shake.
D - 1/2 cup chilli with 1oz cheese
we are reorganizing our house. we moved out of the master bedroom and into dd#1 bedroom (she has been out of the house for 4 years). we are moving the tv / office into dd#2 bedroom (she has been out of the house for 13 months). we are moving the boys from the nursery into the master bedroom with the toys and putting the exersize equipment into the nursery.
I am EXHAUSTED!
B: 1 slice whole wheat "light" bread w/ 1 oz. cheese melted
S: right before going to the gym I had a South Beach high protein cereal bar
L: made a salad with black beans, a little cheese, a strip of bacon, and light dressing
S: Don't know yet ... I'm still WAY full from lunch!
D: planning on making that meat crust pizza recipe I got off this web site!

Notice I didn't end up posting last night...ended up going carb crazy again and was too embarassed to post....today WILLLLL BE BETTER!!!!!
B - GNC Vanilla Protein shake made W/ 10oz FF Hood Milk
L - 1/2 C Bran Buds W/ 1/2 banana & FF Hood Milk
S - 1/4 C LF Cottage Cheese W/ 1 pineapple ring
S - 100 Calorie popcorn bag (not planned but whatever)
D - Planning on making beef stroganof for the fam - I'll pry have 1/2 cup of the sauce over a piece of light wheat toast.
S - GNC Chocolate Protein shake made W/ 10oz FF Hood Milk
That's the plan for dinner and evening snack...hopefully I stick to it!! Tomorrow is weigh-in.

I don't like the egg noodles....and I would make some pasta but hubby and daughter prefer egg noodles. I have half a loaf of the light wheat bread and the date is a few days past...so its only good for toast now..that's what gave me the idea.
I'll post my stroganoff recipe on here later! It's a family tradition and quite yummy! I'll let you know how it goes with the toast!
