B - part (like just 2 or 3 bites) of a Jimmy Dean Bacon, Egg and Cheese bowl won't waste the money on that again (guessing 3g)
L - South Beach Diet Grilled Chicken Caesar wrap (only 1 of the wraps) 20 g
S - 2 LF Ritz crackers with about 1/2 tablespoon peanut butter (2g)
D - 2 1/2 ounces of tilapia and about 1/4 cup green beans (I used the shake n' bake ranch and parmesan then poured a little of the Cheezy Parmesan sauce from Ragu on top and baked about 15 minutes) YUMMY (15g)
Thats only 40g of protein so I'll definately have a Profect vial tonight.
