Thanks Mandy B - nothing - got up too late! L - 2oz tuna with 1 egg D - 1oz chicken, brocolli, carrots, cheese sauce, 1 slice bacon Good day today. I've started measuring my food, which I am finding really helps my portion size control.

Enchiladas!!!! mmmmm...that is what this chicken was MEANT for. It was so easy to form the enchiladas with the cold chicken mixture and used enchilada sauce on top. SOOOO GOOOD. DH said it was even better than on pasta last night.

B - part (like just 2 or 3 bites) of a Jimmy Dean Bacon, Egg and Cheese bowl won't waste the money on that again (guessing 3g) L - South Beach Diet Grilled Chicken Caesar wrap (only 1 of the wraps) 20 g S - 2 LF Ritz crackers with about 1/2 tablespoon peanut butter (2g) D - 2 1/2 ounces of tilapia and about 1/4 cup green beans (I used the shake n' bake ranch and parmesan then poured a little of the Cheezy Parmesan sauce from Ragu on top and baked about 15 minutes) YUMMY (15g) Thats only 40g of protein so I'll definately have a Profect vial tonight.

I don't like them nearly as much as I used to. I rarely drink them b/c I usually get enough in w/o it. But I'm sitting on 2 cases right now. But thanks :D

B= nothing but coffee L= wendys sm chili snack= Cheese Head Mozzarella Stick, 2 serving, some nuts, soy chips about 5 D= not very hungry after the snack eariler

16 oz water B - 1 pc toast and 1 egg s - 1 no bake cookie 16 more oz water l - Healthy Choice Chicken, rice & Broccoli - thought it would be a good choice but could no fini**** all and then up it came s - Peanut M & M's another no bake cookie D - 1/2 c cottage cheese 1/2 c pineapple s - 1/2 apple & 1 pc cheese a few BBQ soy chips 1 pc toast with lightly covered peanut butter 16 more oz water Why - Oh why can I eat chocolate?????
