Hi everyone! Well, I had a bit of an "overeating" weekend so I am trying to get back on track today. I thought it would be fun if we shared our most recent "wow" moments! Hopefully I will get some motivation and inspiration from everyone! Here's mine: While having an "overeating" moment at Taco Bell yesterday, we stopped in for lunch and my son ran up to this booth that he wanted to sit in and I stood there for a brief second and panicked because the booth looked so small and my natural instinct was "oh no, I won't fit in that seat!" So I very cautiously sat down ... to my utter disbelief there was A LOT of room left between me and the table, probably 10 inches or more. I was shocked! Here I actually thought I wasn't going to fit in that booth and actually there was way more than enough room to spare. I just kept giggling the whole time we were eating because my mind told me I wouldn't fit but I could visually see how much room I had left. Anyway, it felt good! Anyone else have any fun moments to share? Deanna

Good idea Deanna - I need some "thin"spiration today too!!! I had a wow moment this morning. My mom got my hubby a Bear's sweatshirt for his birthday that is a size XL and obviously for a women. It looked SO SMALL and short. It gave us quite a chuckle (my mom is a bit crazy) and I just threw it in the closet. This morning I was getting dressed for work and looking for a sweatshirt to wear (yah - I work in a casual office) and it fell down while I was looking. I held it up again and thought how crazy my mom was for thinking it would fit my hubby. Then I decided to try it on for ****s and giggles...and....IT FIT!!!!!! And hubby thought I looked DAMN cute in it!!! I couldn't believe it fit when it just looked so small when I held it up!!!!! I didn't end up wearing it - just not my style. But maybe next SUnday when they are playing I will wear it for his entertainment. He he. On the same sort of line. When I was folding laundry this weekend...everytime I would fold one of my shirts I would think for sure they must have shrunk in the wash. I have a couple of new t-shirt type shirts in size 14/16 and they look positively TEENY!! Then I would put them on and they fit just fine. Blows my mind!!! I fold them the same way as my pre-op shirts and they take up lik half the space!!!

Oh my gosh, Amy! That is so funny that your Mom gave your husband a woman's sweatshirt! Ha, ha! How exciting that it fits you though! You should wear it (and only it) for your husband ... he would LOVE it! I know what you mean about seeing your clothes and thinking they're too small ... I got some new underwear in a size 14 from Lane Bryant and they look so tiny! I love to fold them and see how small they look and know they fit! Deanna

I was doing laundry yesterday and found a pair of XL workout pants (the brand from walmart?? mind is blank right now) that my best friend had left at my house some time back. After her divorce a couple years ago she's dropped over 120 pounds. I remember when she bought them and thinking wow she's really getting small. SOOOO you guessed it I tried them on and they FIT!! I wore them this a.m. when I went to the gym BEFORE work (yes, me the one who loves to stay in bed). So thats another wow moment for me. I also weighed a few minutes ago and hit 90 pounds gone!!!! I can't believe it. Mandy 332/242/155

My husband and I went to a fundraiser for the Agency that I work for this Saturdy, it was a disco. I went to Rue 21 and baught a cute top that has a 70's flare and a size 12 Gap "Skinny" Pant (just the word on the tag made me cringe.) but I tried them on and had to get a 10. At the event one of my co-workers who works in another building and nights who I haven't seen in some time came up to me and said he looked on the dance floor and said who is that skinny thing out there dancing like crazy and then realized it was me. Received a lot of compliments that night and also noticed I danced all night and didn't even break into a sweat. Was a great time and a lot of wow's!

You guys have allot of great wow moments.... It's great to read them. Reading about everyone's success is so exciting, My WOW moment is that I am also having many of the "that's got to be too small" clothing issues... My husband just came back from a meeting a brought a size L mans shirt that he didn't like (because its orangeish) and I tried it on and it fit, it was even big in the shoulders. Yippy!!!!! Next week I am seeing allot of my husbands business acquaintances {we have a "pig roast" and a board meeting dinner} I am soooo nervous no one has seen me since my surgery. They don't even know I had it..... I was a 24/26 now my size 18 jeans are big.....wow!

I don't know about wow moments. I just don't have them all that often. I can't even remember the last one. That's kinda sad

I can relate to many of the same ones all you girls are having - Isn't it GREAT?!?!? Last week, I went shopping with some gift cards I had received from my girls for my birthday. I bought some new elastic waist stretch knit pants in sz 14/16 and they are REAL comfortable - a little too big. Then I bought 1 pair of button & zip pants in a size 16 for later when I lost more weight. I carry my weight in my middle and therefore cannot wear pants like that very often. Well, this Saturday I was getting dressed and put the pants on by mistake - Well they fit!!!!! I could not believe it - I thought they must be my 18 or 20's!. I have so many sizes laying around!! but no - they were my brand new - size 16's!!!! It also seems good to throw away the Lane Bryant catalogs as they arrive!! And to one by one - throw away my BIG underwear! And also, my way to big clothes are filling up the box I have in my room!! Right now I can say I am wearing an XL top and a size 16 bottoms! Seems like forever since I wore this size - like about 30 years ago. Darlene
