Ruth...you sound just like me. At three months I was OBSESSED with that weight-loss tracker. I tend to be such a goal-oriented person, I was driving myself crazy with it. Don't let the tracker get to you...you are still doing great, you have lost weight and more importantly, you look GREAT!! Your weight will come off, it has too with your small calorie consumption and all the exercise you do!!
What do you put in that you want to loose? When I put in 100% I'm way behind. I'd like to loose 100%. However, when I put in 65% which it says it says is the recommended amount, I'm on track I didn't go through all this to still be overweight at the end of it though.
What do you guys think (other than I'm stressing too much about it hee hee)
