I read on a post recently here about the weight loss tracker on OH. Where do I find it? I want to see if I'm 'on track'. Thanks

Do you put in the start out weight or the weight you are now??

I put in the start weight. Then it gives you a month by month break down of weight loss which you can compare with your weight loss and also see how long it may take you to get to goal. If you put in the weight you are now, it will only show progress from that weight.

I just did the weight tracker, it says I'm exactly on track - SHOCK. I thought I was way behind.. The best news is my BMI is 29.6 I started at BMI of 40.2 What a change. I'm really loving this, even though my pouchie has been very grouchy this week. How's everybody else doing? Cindy in TX

Oh great I've just seen that on the tracker I should be at the point I am now after only 2 months after WLS. I am almost 5 months out on 31st Oct. I just knew I was falling behind

Ruth...you sound just like me. At three months I was OBSESSED with that weight-loss tracker. I tend to be such a goal-oriented person, I was driving myself crazy with it. Don't let the tracker get to you...you are still doing great, you have lost weight and more importantly, you look GREAT!! Your weight will come off, it has too with your small calorie consumption and all the exercise you do!!

That was interesting - The tracker said I should have lost 79 lbs and I have lost 74. Not too bad! But now I better get busy and catch up!! If I could only start exercising and stop grazing!!!

What do you put in that you want to loose? When I put in 100% I'm way behind. I'd like to loose 100%. However, when I put in 65% which it says it says is the recommended amount, I'm on track I didn't go through all this to still be overweight at the end of it though. What do you guys think (other than I'm stressing too much about it hee hee)
