This week ~ 184lbs
Total loss ~ 81lbs
It's so weird to me because on the weeks I work out extra hard the scale doesn't seem to wanna move, but when I take it easier the weight seems to just vanish! Makes no sense! Well, upping my water to over 64oz a day might have helped too... Who knows!

Yeh, me too Bobbie. I just don't 'get' my body. It has no rhyme or reason. If I think i've got it 'figured' it goes and changes on me - more exercise, no weight loss, less then I loose, then if I think OK I've got it, it changes it's mind and wants something else. It keeps me guessing on everything from exercise, to water to protein, etc, etc. I cant' find a 'formula' that works consistantly.
Anyone else feel like they are in a battle with their bodies. It wants to keep this weight on and will do all it can to keep it against all that I do to loose it

Total lost: -141
I've been dealing with my "sweet tooth" the last few weeks. Seems I don't have any dumping from sugar, yikes .
