What have you eaten today? 10/18
B - 4 oz 2% milk (4g) (8:00)
L - South Beach Diet Wrap Grilled Chicken Caesar 20 g (10:30) --- I only used one of the wraps but I was able to eat all the meat and cheese :D and I'm saving the SF jello for a snack around 1:30.
S - will be SF Jello (1:00)
S - will be Atkins Advantage Morning Start Peanut Butter Crisp Bar (11g) (around 3:30)
D - not sure yet...I'm driving an hour to my support group meeting so I'll eat out if i can talk my friend into going with me or I'll just wait and eat when I get home (around 9:30 a little late, I know)
B-30gm protein coffee
S-1piece of raisin toast
L- I was so baaaaddd-1/2 slice pizza-work catered it in(darn them)
S-cheese stick 3 wheat ritz crackers
D- chili
I can't believe I ate that darn pizza it was there, It smelled so goooood & it was original crust & it didn't make me sick!!!Oh I so wi**** had!!!

So Dinner nor snack went as planned.
Breakfast and Lunch -see above
Snack -- 100 calorie snack pack...horrible I know 2:00
Snack/Dinner'ish -- Pintos 'n cheese from taco bell...I hate abou 1/3 of the container here's where it gets bad....they've brought backt he Cheesy Gordita Crunch to our Taco Bell. I caved and bought one. I had a good 2 bites of it. I don't know why I've been sooooo bad lately. my surgeon's diet calls for NO carbs until 75% of excess weight is gone (another 48 pounds for me). So why am I eating 100 calorie snack pack, pintos, and 2 bites of a damn cheesy gordita crunch. Yesterday was the same (craving carbs!!!).
Then Dinner was 2 meatballs.
I realize that this is not a bad day compared to the old me.AND I realize that it represents me being a NORMAL person. BUT I also know that I need and want to maximize my "honeymoon".
